Subject: reworked ECU

About a month ago I asked about any experiences with re-worked ECUs for
Disco 3.9 V8. I recieved two very positive responses (thanks guys!) and so
went ahead with the install. I had it done by Greame Cooper's in Sydney (I
prefer to deal with him than JDMW, cost less too).
The result? Smooth application of power and torque without the flat spots in
acceleration particularly apparent in the manual previously. The difference
feels akin to a carbaretted vehicle pre and post a badly needed tune up. Too
early to find out fuel economy improvement, though the other guys found a
significant improvement in that department.
