Subject: RUPP to BOAT denied From: gerald.tan@bbc.co.uk (Gerald Tan) Date: 19 Mar 97 10:25:06 GMT On this mornings "Farming Today" (R4), I groggily caught a mention that somebody had denied someone an application to convert a RUPP to a BOAT, quoting that it was a bridleway. It was also mentioned that this might set a precedent across the country. Does anyone have more details of this? Regards, Gerald. ______________________________________ Gerald Tan Internet email: gerald.tan@bbc.co.uk ______________________________________ ------------------------------[ <- Message 2 -> end | Table of Contents | <- Digest 970320 -> | Search Archive Index | <- Browser -> ]

Investigated - pack of lies, not only was there NO wheeled activity, there was a bridleway gate intact! Faxed a report back. It was one person projecting a problem will occur, and someone else saying "Ive seen one near there, it must have started, lets report it". These hooligan residents do not deserve such considerate users!
