Not judicial review, not Lincs, but a RUPP in Norfolk that went down to
Bridleway 'because vehicle use was illegal' and objections have gone in for a
second PI.
Breckland LRC seem to have been almost the only users. Come on TRF and WADC,
where are you?
Cheers, tim

Subject: Inclosures in the Wild West

Hi

If you ever run out of roads to discover, try Powys. Had an interesting
afternoon, on the Ednol & Kinnerton Inclosure award. I was wondering why
the were three Public Carriage roads marked A. Then I worked out that they
were each for each parish, and a third parish tucked in as well. One had
A-E the next A - G, and the last A - Q most of them not shown as having any
status or only bridleway now, and that was just one of many, possibly
never investigated awards.

Chris

The TRF has always been a bit thin on the ground in that area as you know
Tim. AIR, the last group over there folded. I had a long chat with the
RoW bod some time back when I wanted to do some riding in the area. He
was very depressed about the lack of support he got. Same old story!

BTW, there was another follow up piece in FN about the article I faxed
you. If I can get and photocopy it, I will fax you. Did you respond to
the original article?
