Sorry PC Police, this is not LR related.
Has anybody taken a look outside tonight?
There is a comet, a few degrees west of the Pole Star, which is clearly
visible to the naked eye, and even better through binoculars.
Take a look - the sky is clear (down here anyway).

Sorry to get a little 'commercial' here but a lot of people have complained
over the years that they find the amount of body roll on the Range Rover a
problem. I think this applies much more where country lanes are used
more than motorways or A roads, but even so people complain about the
handling on roundabouts etc.
Being alarmed at the cost of Land Rovers genuine anti roll bar kit and
'other' makers we decided to produce our own which is based on genuine
bars and means of attatchment therefore you get genuine performance
(which reduces the roll by approx 50%) but use our own universal
bracketry and they come *much* *much* cheaper. They will fit all coil
sprung models. So that this doesn't appear to be a direct advert if anyone
is interested please email me privately and I'll supply more details.
We have also done much work on standard suspensions setups for the
Range Rover and the Discovery which have met with much success.

It is nice to have a second spare but it is work to get the bonnet open. I have to hold the release handle open with vise grips and then pry the the bonnet open. Question for Bill Skidmore; what is the email address for subscribing to the west coast list?
