TeriAnn,
	Thanks for the pointer to Scotty.  I just got off the phone
and he has just what I was looking for.  He makes a kit for putting a
250 cu chevy straight six in.  The only fabrication is the items you
mentioned.  Price for the kit is ~$450 and ~$250 for one of his special
cross flow radiators (if you want or need it).  He seems to be a nice
chap and I enjoyed chatting with him.  I will be ordering a kit as
soon as finances allow.  Thanks again.
